• Stainless have 5 Thread Rolling machines with capacity to roll up to M76 in high tensiles Stainless Steel.
• We regularly thread Fully threaded bars up to 6 meters long and Plunge end thread Stainless Tie Bars.
• Thread rolling is the preferred method for producing strong, smooth, precise, and uniform external thread forms.
• The cold working of the surface increases the tensile strength of the metal worked, and stastic tensile test have frequently recorded increases on the oder of 10% in the breaking strength of the parts.

• Bending is an essential step in the fabrication of the most stainless stell products.
• We have a range of state-of-the-art CNC press brakes capable of quickly and consistently bending sheet and plate.
• With a max capacity of 400 tonnes and 3 meters length we can cope with Stainless Steel up to 25mm thick. (dependant on length of bend)

Three machines

• Automatic two-way mitre-cutting bandsaw (-45° to +60°) fully NC controlled machine with a max capactity of 300mm diameter.
• Manual one way mitre-cutting bandsaw to +60° suitable for more intricate work with amax capactity of 250mm.
• Automatic horizontal bandsaw for straight cuts with a max capactity of 200mm.

Stainless UK can cut and bend stainless steel round bar and Ribbed bar up to 40mm diameter.
